SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 2
Natasha Hong 09 Jul 2012 07:08 PM Mon

In these days of working in third spaces, and always-on connectivity, how's a girl (or fab guy, we love you!) supposed to look effortless and unburdened, while toting around so much tech? Look for the all-in-one.
Our pick of technology's current generation of tablets has to be the GALAXY Tab 2. This one up on its predecessor packs even more punch with its Ice Cream Sandwich Android 4.0 operating system and 1Ghz core processing power, and makes an extra effort to understand the human using the phone (you!) with its greater intuitiveness and redesigned menus.
A tablet this powerful – you know it's going to be a large part of your life. Fill it with as much music, books, magazines, and games as you can handle. Samsung makes this an easy process with its Hub services. Take Samsung's Music Hub for example – the service packs access to over 17 million tracks that you can stream with the phone's HSPA+ connectivity, buy, or even store music on its cloud. Access to the Hubs are made so simple too, with an upgraded Touchwiz user interface that provides home screen access to the Reader, Games and Music Hub services.
When you're dying to share that one song, video or image with your friends at a party, you're never going to kick yourself for not bringing out a cable again. AllShare Play when connected to a wireless network or the Internet can play your media on any other Samsung Smart devices connected to the network.
And finally, because you'll probably live your life around this fab gadget, Samsung thought, why not sweeten the whole deal and add phoning capabilities to it? The GALAXY Tab 2 gives you reason to make the full switch with its voice call abilities that also allows you to arrange multi-party video calls on its super 7" or 10.1" screens.
Too sweet.
Samsung's GALAXY Tab 2 (10.1) and GALAXY Tab 2 (7.0), priced at $798 and $598 (inclusive of GST) respectively, is available now at all authorized Samsung retailers.
